What are these resources for?
a11y examples provides educational material and interactive demonstrations about web accessibility. You may use the site to learn, test ideas, and evaluate implementation patterns. The examples are general information and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee that a product conforms to WCAG or any law.
Can I rely on an example as my only accessibility test?
No. Browser, assistive-technology, and user needs vary. Test production work with relevant browser and assistive-technology combinations, automated tools, keyboard-only use, zoom and reflow, and—where possible—disabled users. Refer to the screen reader testing guide for a practical starting point.
How may I use the code?
The license distributed with the project source is authoritative for project code. Do not assume that editorial content or third-party materials linked from the site use the same license. The project does not present a public repository as its support channel.
Are external links endorsed?
External links are provided as references. Their availability, accuracy, and policies are controlled by their respective publishers. If a link or example is outdated, please report it through the contact page.
